How do we track the success of our SSAT program?

We track all of our programs by administering diagnostic tests, mid term and proctored exams as well as providing parents with weekly reports on each student's progression.

What’s your cancellation and refund policy on our programs?

Due to our small class sizes, once registration has been confirmed and resources have been allocated, we do not offer refunds.

How often is homework given in our SSAT program?

Students should allot a minimum of 3 hours of homework per week for our standard program and 2 hours of homework per week for our extended program.

What happens if a class has been canceled?

In the event of an emergency due to the weather or any uncontrollable circumstance the class will be rescheduled at a convenient time for the student or a private session would be rendered free of charge.

What is the success rate of our SSAT program?

We do not guarantee results however, our standard SSAT program is our most popular. Based on the previous results, scores increase between 300-350 points on average if all homework and exams are completed.

Do you use proprietary materials or published materials in your SSAT curriculum?

To keep our programs effective, we use a combination of proprietary as well as published materials.

Do you provide online application assistance or administrative aid to register for the official SSAT exams?

Yes, we offer both services at an extra fee.

Do you prepare students for interviews?  

Yes, we offer both one on one interview preparation as well as annual workshops.  

Are your SSAT instructors Ontario certified?

Yes, all of our SSAT instructors are Ontario certified with several years of SSAT experience.
